Banquet Cook - The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research

Banquet Cook responsible for delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen while maintaining safety, organization, and cost controls. Duties include preparing food according to production needs and quality standards, pre-planning ingredients, adhering to food safety standards, setting up the line for service, receiving and storing deliveries, monitoring waste and inventory, assisting with monthly food audits, and supporting the Kitchen Manager. Also responsible for preparing ice cream for the Sweet Rose Ice Cream Shop and learning the PMS system for scheduled shifts, with opportunities to contribute to a professional kitchen culture and guest experiences at banquets and events.
