Job Summary
Prepare and complete banquet menus in collaboration with the culinary team; read and interpret recipes, conduct inventory, and adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards to ensure quality and consistency of food items. Must have banquet cooking experience, state food handler license, and knife skills; ability to adjust preparations for flavor and accommodate customer needs. Evenings, weekends and holidays required. In-person role at Rock Creek Resort, Red Lodge, MT.
Required Qualifications
- Previous banquet cooking experience required
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.
- Must possess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customer’s needs in a timely manner.
