Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years as Banquet Chef or Banquet Sous Chef
- ServSafe Manager Certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of culinary school or apprenticeship program preferred
- Able to certify as Certified Sous Chef or higher
- Instructor/Proctor certification preferred
