Job Summary
Lead banquet kitchen operations as Banquet Chef de Cuisine for Marriott in Jakarta. Responsible for coordinating menus, BEO process, purchasing, scheduling, and plating for catering events; ensure sanitation and food standards; manage budgeting and guest/employee satisfaction; supervise cooks and banquet staff; drive quality presentations and continuous improvement of culinary offerings; develop menus and decorative displays, train staff, and maintain high standards of service for all banquet functions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
