Job Summary
Direct the culinary team's presentation and portioning of food according to standards while communicating daily with the Executive Chef on planning, staffing, and internal procedures. Complete daily food requisitions and specials, assist in hiring, training, and discipline per Davidson's policies, and oversee production for banquet food operations including ordering quantities and coordinating with purchasing and management. Requires minimum 2 years banquet chef experience and 5 years cooking experience. Salary range $85,000-$90,000/year.

- Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Desired Qualifications
