Job Summary
Coordinate food and beverage delivery for all hotel functions, overseeing event setup, service, and teardown while managing banquet china, glassware, and equipment. Ensure service staff remains on schedule and motivated, implementing duty lists to assign responsibilities and maintain team collaboration. Liaise with the Banquet Manager, Sales Coordinator, and clients to meet event requirements, address guest concerns, and guarantee on-time execution. Brief staff on event details, adhere to health and safety regulations, and promote internal and external events as an ambassador for the resort. Assist with monthly inventory and deliver an elevated, professional guest experience across all banquet and meeting rooms.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment
- Serving it Right Certification
- Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 50lbs
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
