The Banquet Captain at Colony West Golf Club will review assigned banquet staff functions and menus prior to scheduled events, conduct pre-banquet meetings, communicate with the Banquet Manager, ensure proper quantities of banquet items are available, check room set-ups, and conduct random audits to evaluate food and service quality. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and three to six months of related experience or training.
