Job Summary
Coordinate banquet service by communicating needs to chefs and stewards, manage total charges for group functions, prepare and present checks to group contacts, and ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and breaks are ready. Ensure centerpieces are displayed, inspect china/glass/silver for presentation and cleanliness, and confirm guest dietary requirements are relayed to the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, assist with table setup according to event type and service standards, and uphold professional etiquette and uniform standards. Support team goals, build positive relationships, and address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction. Requires at least 2 years related experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; education: high school diploma or GED; license/certification: none.
