Supervise banquet staff in the completion of assigned functions and setup, oversee the service and break-down functions in a safe manner; partner with the F&B Manager to ensure events run smoothly; attend sales meetings as needed; verify Banquet Event Orders and room setups, ensure compliance and neatness of public areas; communicate changes to catering/convention services and affected departments; coordinate staffing levels and schedules; operate as a banquet server when needed; ensure liquor controls and cash-handling policies are followed; maintain professional appearance, strong guest communication, and teamwork; comply with attendance rules and be available regularly; perform other duties as assigned.
