Job Summary
Supervise banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations, verify compliance with Banquet Event Orders, maintain cleanliness, and ensure customer satisfaction. Attend meetings, communicate changes to catering, and coordinate staffing schedules. Operate as a banquet server as needed and oversee cash handling and liquor control compliance. Maintain professional appearance and strong guest relations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior supervisor or management experience in hospitality food and beverage
- Ability to communicate in English
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Banquet Captain or Hotel Restaurant Manager
