Job Summary
Coordinate banquet service staff to ensure proper staffing levels and seamless flow throughout events. Conduct pre-shift briefings to set service expectations, timelines, and guest needs. Monitor real-time execution to maintain standards and presentation requirements. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and internal departments in the absence of the Banquet Manager. Resolve guest concerns while ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards. Assist with setup, service, and breakdown as needed, while supporting team training and completing event documentation. Maintain a clean work area and protect company assets. Available for late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires 1+ years of banquet experience, valid New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and strong leadership skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of banquet or food & beverage experience required
- Valid New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Luxury branded hospitality experience preferred
