Lead Banquet team in serving guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience. Check BEOs for accuracy, coordinate with banquet staff for set-ups, changes, and schedules, and ensure public areas are neat and clean. Communicate BEO changes to catering and affected departments; operate as a banquet server for setup, service, and breakdown. Demonstrate menu knowledge and ingredients for each function; maintain punctual attendance and be available on a regular basis.
