Banquet Captain (FullTime)

Supervise up to 30 Banquet associates during event set-up, food service, and breakdown while ensuring seamless execution. Collaborate with the Banquet Manager on staffing and equipment, work with the Banquet Chef for kitchen transitions, and assign workstations to servers. Maintain open communication with guests and meeting planners to address needs and changes, inspect table settings for cleanliness, and ensure alcohol service compliance. Conduct training for Banquet staff and develop backup personnel. Ensure function rooms are cleaned and equipment is stored properly after events. Directly oversee operations across multiple ballrooms and outdoor venues on the resort's 550 acres.
