Job Summary
Oversee banquet operations from setup through event completion while delivering outstanding guest service. Lead and direct banquet staff during weddings, meetings, conferences, and special events; ensure banquet rooms are set according to event orders and company standards; coordinate with Culinary, Sales, Engineering, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless event execution; monitor service and proactively address guest needs; inspect banquet rooms for cleanliness and proper setup; adjust staffing assignments based on business needs; supervise event breakdown and proper storage of equipment; complete banquet billing and event documentation using Delphi; participate in BEO meetings and department meetings; order banquet supplies and linens as needed; assist the team wherever necessary to ensure successful events.
Required Qualifications
- Previous banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
