Job Summary
Oversees all banquet service operations and events, ensuring contracted details are executed; reviews BEOs, coordinates with Catering, Sales, and Culinary teams, trains banquet staff, manages staff shifts, and ensures high-quality service for meetings and banquets; communicates with meeting planners, coordinates equipment needs, and supports inventory and set-up of banquet spaces; requires leadership, event coordination, and strong customer relations skills; must be able to supervise staff, handle equipment, and maintain safety and appearance per Azul Hospitality standards. Must have high school education, 1-3 years of high-volume banquet experience, and Safe Server certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification required
- 1 to 3 years of high-volume banquet service experience required
- Hotel/resort banquet experience preferred
