Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate all banquet service operations and events, ensuring banquet details are executed from planning through breakdown; supervise and train banquet staff; align with Catering, Sales, Food & Beverage, and culinary teams to deliver high-quality service; review BEOs each shift, confirm A/V needs, manage staffing/timetables, and communicate with meeting planners for last-minute changes; anticipate upcoming groups and conventions; maintain inventory and equipment for buffets, receptions, and meetings; lead floor operations, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, and represent the venue at peak times at the bar; ensure compliance with safety, grooming, and hospitality standards; strong leadership, customer relations, and organizational skills; required education and certifications include high school or equivalent and Safe Server Alcohol & Food; 21+ age for alcohol service; 1-3 years in high-volume banquet service experience preferred.
