Job Summary
Assist Outlet Manager and Supervisor to deliver quality service and consistency in Food & Beverage operations for hotel outlets, including bar and beverage service, up-selling, and guest engagement. Support in developing departmental standards, train staff, and conduct daily briefings and training sessions. Ensure grooming, equipment readiness, and adherence to service procedures, health and safety requirements (HACCP/FSMS), and brand standards. Manage service flow during events, explain and upsell daily beverage specials, take accurate orders, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, assist in post-event turnover, and contribute ideas to increase table turnover and revenue. Coordinate with the outlet team to monitor guest experience, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with local liquor regulations and service standards. Proactively assist with hospitality tasks as needed to support a high-quality guest experience across the hotel’s venues (Riviera Restaurant, Corniche Ultra Lounge, Lobby Bar, Poolside Bar) and event spaces.
Required Qualifications
- A qualification in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
