Job Summary
A Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing intuitive service by mixing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organization, and supporting Front of House positions. Qualifications include being at least 21 years old, having a minimum of one year bartending experience or relevant certification, and knowledge of drink recipes. The role involves effective communication with members and staff, accurate order entry, inventory management, and maintaining health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Minimum of one year experience as a bartender, OR a certificate of completion of a bar program.
- Must have knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as familiarity with standard drink recipes.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow verbal instructions in English.
- Must have desire to provide exceptional service to all members.
- Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems.
- Must be highly organized and have the ability to manage a diverse workload, prioritize, and delegate in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail oriented.
Additional Requirements
- Works a variety of shifts to include holidays, nights and all weekends.
