Job Summary
Banquet Bartender at Silverado Resort Napa handles beverage service for banquet events, prepares beverages and cocktails according to resort standards, sets up and breaks down the bar per Banquet Event Order, maintains cleanliness and sanitation, adheres to pouring standards and state liquor laws, and provides courteous, professional guest service while complying with uniform and safety policies. Must have Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification, be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and be 21+. The role emphasizes knowledge of alcoholic beverages, presentation, cash handling policy, and participation in required trainings and meetings; includes long hours and outdoor/service-area work, often with a golf cart operation.
Required Qualifications
- In compliance with California laws, Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification are required.
