Job Summary
As a Banquet Bartender, you are responsible for maintaining beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring and serving of products while keeping the bar area clean and organized. You will provide exceptional service aligned with the club’s standards to enhance the member and guest experience. Duties include preparing the bar for service, executing member orders timely, addressing complaints, and maintaining knowledge of the beverage menu. You will assist in creating a positive team environment and complete additional assigned tasks while ensuring compliance with all safety and operational protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards
- Basic bar and wine knowledge, including various cocktails and wine varietals
