Job Summary
Bartender at Invited clubs: responsible for beverage control, accurate pouring, and serving beverages while maintaining a clean, organized bar. Provide a warm, personalized experience to members and guests, greet by name, and apply the club’s 3-steps of service. Maintain knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines; stock liquor items; prepare the bar for service; ensure proper safety and sanitation; assist with food and beverage service; resolve guest issues professionally; operate the POS system; complete daily assignments and side work; and contribute to a positive team environment. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and certification in alcohol and food safety awareness; prior F&B service experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service

- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong commitment to ethical work standards
- Comfortable in indoor and occasional outdoor environments
