Job Summary
Set-up, service, and clean conference rooms with a high level of detail while responding to all requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner. Note changes to banquet event orders and report them to the Event Manager, then assist with ordering and inventory for the meetings department. Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas including securing A/V equipment, and handle last-minute client needs with ease in a fast-paced environment. This role requires standing and moving around for an entire shift, lifting at least 25 pounds, and includes daily pay.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- food service/fast food experience
- Food Handler's Certification
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to read
