Job Summary
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at Lambeau Field events while taking drink orders, requesting ID, and adhering to alcohol service policies. Mix drinks using standardized recipes, enter orders into the point-of-sale system, and collect payments. Maintain bar stock by ordering supplies, clean and store the cocktail area, and prepare garnishes as needed. Complete daily sales reports and perform opening, closing, and additional duties assigned. Requires one year of high-volume bartending experience, an alcohol service certificate, and the ability to stand and lift 50 pounds. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and OT as needed.
Required Qualifications
- One year of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment
- Ability to complete and maintain an alcohol service certificate
- Basic math skills, with ability to accurately total guest checks
- Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
- Verbal communication skills; listening skills with the ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift
- Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be available for Evenings
- Must be available for Events
- OT as needed
- Must be available for Weekends
