Job Summary
Check banquet event orders to determine function, guest count, and bar type, then set up portable bars in function areas per standard policies. Make beverages following established guidelines while abiding by state, federal, and corporate requirements for serving alcohol. Remove trash, liquor glasses, and tablecloths from tables, then thoroughly break down and clean bars, wiping surfaces and emptying water. Return all equipment and supplies to proper storage areas while practicing safe work habits and following OSHA standards. Perform other duties as requested by management. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, and working on holidays and weekends.

- Food Sanitation Certification required within 90 days of employment

Desired Qualifications
