Banquet Bartender/Banquet Server responsibilities include mixing cocktails and drinks, serving wine and beers, handling guest transactions, presenting attractive displays, garnish preparation, linen and dish setup, and maintaining health and sanitation standards. The role requires knowledge of menu items and beverages, adherence to etiquette, assisting service staff, addressing guest feedback with management, and supporting event setup, service, and breakdown. Must meet physical requirements (lifting 50 lbs, pulling/pushing), and be able to obtain the required alcohol server certificate.
