Job Summary
Banquet Bar Manager at Sandia Golf Club (Troon-affiliated) in Albuquerque, NM. Manage banquet-focused bar operations, prepare and set function sites per guidelines, and serve food and beverages to guests following established standards. Set dining tables and buffets according to Banquet Event Orders, communicate guest requests to the department manager, maintain cleanliness of banquet/catering areas, assist with inventory control and waste monitoring, and ensure exceptional guest service by anticipating needs.
