Job Summary
Set up tables, chairs, and banquet equipment for conference and catering events per customer contract requirements. Clean and maintain meeting spaces daily in accordance with company standards. Coordinate with supervisors to ensure set-ups and teardowns are punctual and aligned with other staff operations. Perform other related duties as assigned while working independently or within a team environment. Maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests. This role supports the grand stage setting at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, a historic oceanfront hotel on Collins Avenue known for its Golden Era glamour and modern luxury.
