Job Summary
Set up event areas, including tables, chairs, cloth materials, and audio-visual equipment, ensuring all items are cleaned and presentable according to client preferences. Periodically check in with clients during events to address needs such as water pitchers or plate removal, while managing inventory stocking and rotation. Troubleshoot equipment issues and work independently or within a team setting to execute company holiday parties, baby showers, and business meetings. Maintain a flexible schedule covering early AM, late nights, and weekends to meet physical demands of moving items for up to eight hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to eight (8) hours
- Attendant must be able to withstand physical requirements (ex. moving items like chairs and table)
- Must have a flexible schedule (early AM, late nights, and weekend availability)
- Presentation, honesty, and a respectable attitude
