Job Summary
Set up event areas, tables, and audio-visual equipment according to client preferences. Ensure chairs, cloth materials, and all items are cleaned and presentable. Periodically check in with clients during events to address needs or remove items like water pitchers and plates. Troubleshoot equipment, manage inventory stocking and rotation, and work independently or in a team setting. Maintain a respectable attitude and flexibility for early AM, late nights, and weekends. This role supports company holiday parties, baby showers, and business meetings within our hospitality team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to eight (8) hours
- Attendant must be able to withstand physical requirements (ex. moving items like chairs and table)
- Must have a flexible schedule (early AM, late nights, and weekend availability)
- Presentation, honesty, and a respectable attitude
