Bankruptcy Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct quality control, audit oversight, and risk identification for the Bankruptcy department by reviewing proposed judgment orders and related documents for accuracy and compliance with state and client regulations. Assist in identifying operational risks, escalating issues to management, and working with the Attorney Network department to develop Performance Improvement Plans for firms with quality issues. Compile daily, weekly, and monthly loan level quality review results, generate error reports, and complete monthly workflow audits while maintaining and improving quality results through standards adherence and process recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of mortgage servicing or Bankruptcy experience
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Able to effectively interact with managers and members of the functional areas including but not limited to Bankruptcy and compliance
- Self-motivated work style
- Strong desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet timelines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Above average skills in quality and production rates
- BKFS/LoanSphere experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook and Excel
- Smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator
