Draft legal documents and correspondence related to bankruptcy and commercial litigation while conducting thorough research to support case strategies. Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions to represent clients, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive case management. Maintain detailed and organized case files throughout the process. This role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies within a boutique firm specializing in restructuring and business disputes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, motions, and court procedures
- Proven ability to handle trials and depositions confidently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
