Job Summary
Represent secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, managing cases from intake through resolution. Primarily handle creditor-side litigation with occasional representation of debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings, including drafting motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda; arguing motions in court; and attending depositions and hearings. Advise clients on bankruptcy strategy and recovery options. Requires 7+ years of experience in bankruptcy law with a strong focus on creditor-side work, proven ability to first-chair litigation and manage matters independently, and admission to practice in Texas.
