Job Summary
Represent lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including default resolutions, collections, repossessions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy matters in both federal and state courts. Leverage three years of experience in bankruptcy, workout, or related commercial litigation to handle significant responsibilities within the Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group. This role offers hands-on experience with extensive client interaction in a successful law firm, ideal for academically distinguished candidates with excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- at least three years of experience in bankruptcy, workout, or related commercial litigation
- representing lenders, both secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in various restructuring and insolvency proceedings
- default resolutions, collections, repossessions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy matters in both federal and state courts
- excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- diligent, proactive attorney with sharp judgment and meticulous attention to detail
