Liaise with airlines and security vendors to arrange cargo bookings, local deliveries, and secure transportation for shipment pickups and collections. Coordinate trade verification, prepare outgoing stock, and process incoming shipments while tracking shipment expenses and verifying invoices. Follow up on discrepancies from dealers, reconcile MT 950 and sale deals, and monitor funds for non-receipt, shortages, or excess payments. Retrieve confirmation messages from Reuters to ensure deal accuracy and reconcile incoming funds against MT 950 within T+1 days. Monitor both incoming and outgoing funds and shipment coordination for local and overseas operations, completing any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requires a diploma or bachelor's degree, at least one year of experience in cash or logistics handling, and proficiency in MS skills.
