Job Summary
Support Investment Banking analyses including market valuation, industry analysis, company analysis, and valuation perspectives. Analyst will be aligned to a specific sector and geography, assisting with industry and market overviews, company operations and KPIs, and preparation of newsletters for senior management. Responsibilities include preparing market/industry research, conducting relative valuation (comparable and precedent transactions), supporting equity offerings and client materials such as roadshows, and collaborating with global IB teams on delivering high-quality outputs for M&A, financings, and strategic advisory. Requires strong accounting/corporate finance knowledge, analytical rigor, teamwork, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / CA / Masters in Finance
- Strong understanding of accounting and corporate finance concepts
- Analytical approach with good attention to details
- Project Management – Delivery of client-ready work product
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Working in teams – Self-accountability in identifying and acting on development opportunities, promotion of constructive dialogue and sharing of best practices
