Job Summary
Process all financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing while managing lobby activity and supporting mobile and online banking solutions. Open new accounts, perform maintenance transactions, and execute Know Your Customer requirements. Resolve customer problems, deliver quality service across all segments, and consistently meet sales goals by acquiring and expanding customer relationships. Review account activity for compliance, monitor risk reports, and identify opportunities to reduce regulatory and operational risks. Utilize transformed banking center elements, act as a digital advocate, and promote the bank brand through community involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years' experience in Bank sales / service environment or equivalent experience to include sales results
- High School or GED
- English
- Second language skills (in certain markets)
