Job Summary
The Banking Specialist II serves as a primary representative for the financial center, handling processing of paying/receiving transactions and supporting client servicing and new account requests. Demonstrates strong client conversational skills using the Bank defined conversation strategy, engages in conversational discovery to align client needs with appropriate solutions, recognizes client value, and drives commitment to achieve assigned goals while balancing risk with the client experience. Requires good judgement and attention to security procedures.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cash handling experience; minimum one (1) year of experience in related banking positions preferred
- Proficient reading, verbal, and written communication; mathematical, computer, and interpersonal relations skills; strong attention to detail; organized; knowledge of bank products and services to cross-sell; adhere to security procedures.
