Job Summary
The Banking Specialist II will serve as a primary representative for the financial center in processing paying/receiving transactions for client requests and supporting client servicing and new account requests. This role uses the Bank defined conversation strategy, engages in conversational discovery to align client needs with appropriate solutions, and focuses on client value recognition and commitment to help achieve goals. The position requires good judgment and decision making to balance risk with delivering a positive client experience and to adhere to security procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cash handling experience
- Minimum one year of experience in related banking positions preferred.
