Job Summary
Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing while resolving end-of-day balancing issues and managing ATM operations. Open new accounts, perform maintenance transactions, and originate credit requests to meet sales goals and outbound conversation expectations. Act as a customer advocate by greeting prospects, educating clients on digital channels, and resolving problems to enhance retention. Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, AML, and OFAC regulations while identifying and mitigating risks to earnings or capital. Maintain clean banking center standards and utilize transformed zones to promote brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years' experience in Bank sales / service environment or equivalent experience to include sales results
- High School or GED
- English
- Second language skills (in certain markets)
