Job Summary
Manage client relationships and daily banking operations by delivering high-touch service across all transaction types while maintaining accurate account records. Conduct structured discovery to uncover client needs, present tailored deposit and lending solutions, and close straightforward opportunities. Independently resolve most service failures end to end, identifying root causes and restoring trust through timely follow-up. Coordinate warm handoffs to mortgage, treasury, and wealth partners for complex needs exceeding retail scope. Apply regulatory and compliance requirements across varied scenarios to identify and stop potential risks. Provide as-needed guidance and coverage to colleagues while modeling service non-negotiables.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of retail banking experience
- exposure to complex client relationships

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable across core banking systems
