Job Summary
Delivers exceptional client service by opening new accounts, explaining products, and processing deposits, checks, and stop payments. Educates customers on digital banking tools, assists with safe deposit procedures, and performs teller duties including cash drawer balancing and ATM operations. Actively cross-sells bank products to meet sales goals while maintaining compliance with federal regulations and security policies. Supports branch operations independently, participates in outbound call efforts, and rotates to alternative branches as needed to foster teamwork across the retail network.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year retail banking experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Ability to multi-task while dealing with all types of customers, procedures and expectations
- Ability to perform and balance duties associated with Teller and Customer Service Representative job functions based on needs of the branch
- Ability to maintain operations of the branch in absence of Manager and/or Assistant
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
