Banking Services Operations Associate IV - IRA

Responsible for providing IRA guidance and customer service support via phone and email to branches and the telephone center; serve as the first-level escalation point for problematic or non-standard inquiries; open IRA accounts in appropriate systems with compliance validation and system checks; review documentation for regulatory accuracy; conduct account research and investigate exceptions; perform moderate to complex data entry to reflect account maintenance updates; contribute to a productive team environment and drive process efficiencies while embracing agile work practices, risk and regulatory standards, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
