Banking Services Operations Associate IV - ATM Operations iCom

Banking Services Operations Associate IV will perform cash forecasting for non-branch ATMs, place Federal Reserve cash orders to fund vaults by denomination, and maintain currency accuracy in the settlement variance analysis system. You will develop and review routine and ad-hoc departmental reports and spreadsheets (e.g., project/product strategies, historical reporting, workflow statistics, claims, deposit volumes, and loss/gain variances), supply data to management as requested, and conduct basic analyses to support business decisions. The role requires adherence to risk and regulatory standards, identifying issues for escalation, and supporting an environment aligned with the M&T Bank brand while maintaining internal controls and assisting with internal/external audit points. Requires strong spreadsheet skills, analytical ability, and effective business writing and communication. Education/experience aligns with an associate’s degree plus at least 1 year of general work experience (or equivalent), with the location in Amherst, NY.
