Job Summary
Book Home Equity Lines of Credit, Direct Installment Loans, Business Access Lines of Credit, and Business Installment Loans to appropriate Bank systems. Identify, track, and resolve errors in account opening paperwork, escalating exceptions to ensure resolution. Disburse funds to internal and external accounts per documentation and complete quality control of upstream workflows. Ensure personal booking batches balance daily, reconcile discrepancies, and adhere to risk and regulatory standards. Support internal customers via email and phone for assigned issues. The Retail Post Closing team ensures legal documents are executed, Credit Policy requirements are followed, and regulatory disclosures are furnished before loan proceeds are dispersed and loans are onboarded to the servicing system of record.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Combined minimum of 2 years' higher education and/or work experience (in lieu of a degree)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience
