Process ACH windows for customers including origination file preparation, manual kick to system for processing, balance, and evaluation of suspends and unmatched files. Process guidance and gather approvals for unresolved online transactions, deletions, reversals, and corporate reclaims within five-day overlines. Verify Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for changes in Paperless Entry Processing (PEP) and complete Automatic Transfer Generator verification. Research and process late returns and Power of Attorney documents while adhering to risk and regulatory standards. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation and maintain internal control standards with audit points. No supervisory responsibilities. Hourly pay range $18.68 - $31.14 in Amherst, New York.
