Banking Services Group Leader I - Treasury Management Services (Night Shift - Schedule listed below)

Monitor established workflow and serve as liaison between the Treasury Management Services unit and management. Provide training and coaching to the assigned team on daily work functions, approve team work, and complete quality assurance control reviews. Identify and resolve problems within the team, assist with production work as needed, and complete daily production reporting. Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, identify risk-related issues for escalation, and maintain internal control standards including audit points.
