Job Summary
Banking Service Associate responsibilities include working with the relationship manager to serve high net worth customers’ basic banking needs, assisting with client take-on and account opening documentation for Private Banking / CITICdiamond customers, generating quality business referrals to meet KPIs, handling customer inquiries to provide high-quality services, assisting with general banking service needs, performing ad-hoc duties for Private Banking, and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls per CNCBI policies. The role requires accountability for delivering excellent service and promptly resolving customer problems, with strong Chinese and English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent
- Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in retail banking or customer service
- Possess basic knowledge of general banking products
- Detail-minded, self-motivated with good service orientation
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
