Job Summary
Facilitate project tasks and create planning papers for UAT, BCP, migration, and business rehearsals in coordination with end users and Head Office. Lead these initiatives while adjusting project scopes and requirements as necessary. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across Singapore and Japan, and undertake assigned documentation and information gathering duties. Requires at least three years of banking or consulting experience, proficiency in SWIFT message types, and strong English and Japanese communication skills. This contract role is with a global professional services firm specializing in business transformation and technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of banking or consulting firm working experience
- Min. 3 years of experience in Banking Payment Business, encompassing e-Banking, remittance, cross border payment, etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of SWIFT Message types and structures (e.g., MT101, MT103, MT940) and MX format (e.g., pain001, pacs008, camt053)
- Familiarity with best practices for handling ISO20022 regulation changes, and the ability to find reasonable solutions tailored to specific banking corporations
- Proficiency in documentation, presentation, and meeting facilitation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and associates
- Demonstrated facilitation skills in managing multiple stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process is a plus
- Good to have Systematic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP)
