Job Summary
The Banking Relationship Specialist is the first customer contact at the branch, responsible for delivering a white-glove customer experience and using the sales road map to perform needs analysis, promote F&M products and cross-sell services, open and maintain accounts, resolve inquiries, explain procedures, support marketing campaigns and product launches, quote rates/fees, manage documentation, identify potential fraud or Elder Abuse, and conduct outbound client outreach to build relationships.
