Job Summary

Conduct title, survey, lease, and other commercial property diligence while working on the origination of loans secured by commercial properties. Represent commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, debt funds, and other lenders in financing deals, with potential exposure to mezzanine loans, commercial mortgage securitization, and syndication. Engage in varied practice areas including real estate owner/operator, developer, and equity side work such as leasing. Required Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience representing commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, debt funds and/or other regulated and non-regulated lenders in the financing of commercial properties
  • experience conducting title, survey, lease and other commercial property diligence
  • working on the origination of loans secured by commercial properties
  • law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • be a member of the Bar in the United States
  • A resume or CV
  • law school transcript (or the equivalent)

Desired Qualifications

  • Exposure to mezzanine loans and commercial mortgage loan securitization and syndication
